That sometimes human beings just have to sit in one place and, like, hurt. And the staticless, momentumless music as subject instead of environment is somehow terribly disturbing: Hal listened to a few minutes of the stuff and told his brother it sounded like somebody's mind coming apart right before your ears. So she can just try and live. When she concludes by asking them to pray for her it almost doesn't sound corny. Gately tries not to think. Here is no Cause or Excuse. It is simply what happened. Just do it. Forget about is there a point, of course there's no point. The point of repetition is there is no point. Everything he sees hits him and sinks without bubbles. He just sits there. I want to be like that.

For Foster. This was almost called "MOOSGIT" because that's how you used to pronounce "music."
Thanks to Ross Fish at Møffenzeef Mødular, everyone at Make Noise, Bastl Instruments, Noise Engineering, Mutable Instruments (mrseri for the beautiful builds), Qu-Bit Electronix, and Erica Synths. I love using your instruments. They are endlessly inspiring.
Thanks to Bach for the Sinfonia in Eb major which is sampled heavily in this. I loaded that into the GrandPA, Phonogene, and Nebulae for the last track.
All titles derived from Infinite Jest. It's my favorite book.
